Express Shipping? More Like Endless Waiting & Frustration 😤
I'm writing this review as a warning to anyone considering this company. My experience was beyond frustrating. I ordered glasses on March 30th and even paid extra for 3-5 day express shipping because my old pair had broken. To put it bluntly, this is a terrible company. Ordered glasses March 30th, paid for express shipping 3-5 because my old glasses broke. Day 5 roles around still in production, day 10 still in production. The complete lack of urgency forced me to call their customer service on day 11 to demand answers and at least get my shipping fee back.
Customer: Hi, I'm calling about my order. I placed it on March 30th, paid for 3-5 day shipping, and it's day 11 and my glasses are still listed as 'in production.' This is ridiculous.
CS Rep: I'm very sorry to hear about the delay. I can definitely look into that for you. Could I have your order number, please?
Customer: It's 548291. Frankly, at this point, I don't see why I should pay for express shipping that I'm clearly not getting. I want a refund for the shipping fee.
CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration. I'm looking at your order now and I see the delay. I can absolutely process a refund for the $10 shipping charge right now. I sincerely apologize for this experience.
Customer: Fine, refund it. But that doesn't solve my problem. When will I actually get my glasses?
CS Rep: I've processed that refund for you. The updated tracking shows they are expected to ship tomorrow, but the estimated delivery is still about six days out. Again, I am very sorry for this delay.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
