It’s been impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help get this resolved, despite multiple chat sessions, phone calls, and emails. I felt compelled to leave this review and try to engage with customer service because this situation is not only a waste of my money but also a health hazard.

Customer: So, you'll send me a return label and then process a new order immediately? I need these safety glasses for work, and I can't keep wearing something that makes me sick.
