This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers, a fraud ripping customers off for services they charge for and do NOT provide. I ordered my glasses, saw the option for “eligible for next day delivery,” paid the $19.95 fee, only to later get an email saying my order would take “3 business days.” This blatant discrepancy immediately raised red flags. I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because they clearly failed to deliver on a paid service, and my attempts to get a resolution through their automated systems were completely futile.
Customer: I paid for next-day delivery on my order, but I received an email saying it will take three business days. This isn't next-day delivery at all, and I want my $19.95 delivery fee refunded.
