I'm sharing this as a warning, because my website experience was so messed up it took me two and a half hours just to try and buy two pairs of glasses. I couldn't even type in my prescription and save it, forcing me to wait for an email to re-enter information I'd already typed on their "silly web site." The entire process was so very frustrating and certainly a waste of my time, making me doubt if I'd ever attempt to order from them again. I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because this level of technical malfunction and wasted time is simply unacceptable.
