Warning: The $19.95 'Next-Day Delivery' Lie 😤
I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering ordering from this company. My experience was beyond frustrating, and I feel completely ripped off. This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I ordered, and their site said “eligible for next day delivery”. That would typically mean “next day”, right? So, I paid the $19.95 fee. Hours later, I get an email saying “my order is in process and will take 3 business days”. After fighting through their automated phone system to finally speak to a real person and demand a refund for a service not rendered, this is the conversation that followed.
Customer: I paid $19.95 for next-day delivery, but my confirmation email says it will take 3 business days to process. I want a refund for the shipping fee. CS Rep: I understand your concern. The next-day delivery applies to the shipping transit time after the order has been produced, which can take up to three days. Customer: That's false advertising. The site promised next-day delivery at checkout, not next-day shipping after some random production time. I paid for a service I'm not getting. I want my $19.95 back. CS Rep: I can submit your request to the billing department for review, sir. It will be up to them to issue the refund. Customer: Up to them? No. You charged me for something you are not providing. This is simple. Refund my money. This is horrible service. CS Rep: I'm sorry, sir, but submitting the request is all I'm authorized to do.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
