My $372 Nightmare: Scratched Glasses & A Bot That Wouldn't Help 🤖
I’m writing this as a warning about my terrible online shopping experience. I received a pair of glasses that I paid a lot of money for, only to find them completely scratched. The process to get a simple return has been a complete nightmare, and it forced me to try and get a live person on the phone. My honest feeling is that I've "Been trying for 2 days to TALK TO A HUMAN to fix an issue…no luck. Will NOT be buying from them again. Spent $372 on SCRATCHED glasses and tried to start a return/exchange. Never received the return label and the “bot” just continues to send it to my email, that I never received!" This whole ordeal is why I had to escalate the issue.
Customer: I've finally reached a human. I spent $372 on glasses that arrived scratched, and for two days your bot has failed to send me a valid return label. I am beyond frustrated.
