A Nightmare Experience: Faulty Product & Ghosting Support 👻
I'm writing this as a warning about my truly awful online shopping experience. I thought I'd found a great deal, but it turned into a complete nightmare with a faulty product and nonexistent support. As I concluded after this whole ordeal, "I received my glasses and got a nice frame at a discount. However when I received them, one of the lenses pops out by itself when I go to clean it… I took my glasses into a shop and the professional ensured me that this issue is due to the lens being incorrectly cut… Customer service is non existent and completely garbage." After being told they could do nothing and getting no reply to my email for two weeks, I felt I had no choice but to try calling them one last time.
Customer: I'm calling about order [Order Number]. The lens just pops out. I already called and was told you can't do anything but a refund, which is ridiculous. I want a functional pair of glasses, not my money back.

Customer: I also emailed customer service almost two weeks ago and never heard back. I had a professional optician look at them, and they confirmed the lens was cut incorrectly by your lab. This is your fault, not mine. I just want it fixed.
